Okay, I have to admit: November was a quiet month on the blog – in my defense: in real life it was not so quiet. The main reason for that was my first market stall. Many, many evenings and weekends I spent preparing for it. I crocheted, sew, baked, folded lanterns, made candle holders out of concrete and packed together all the things I need. All of that wouldn’t have been possible without family and friends, no matter whether they were in England or Germany, helping me. Thank you so much for that! Thank you as well for telling me I can do it!
The day of my first market stall was very, very cold but even more exciting. I met so many kind people. People that bought my crafts, people that left a friendly comment – it was amazing and successful…and I am very grateful for the experience and will definitely continue selling my products on markets next year.
Now you know the reason why it was very quiet on the blog. I didn’t post a lot – but what I posted was made with a lot of love, as always:
First of all I baked a salted honey cake with hazelnut brittle – perfect for these wintery cold days. And I showed you an easy way of making a quick, inexpensive but delicious dessert.
In December I would like to slow down a bit and do loads more things that I love: I want to show you how I will wrap my Christmas presents, I will bake more things and just enjoy the festive season. Tomorrow we will decorate our tree. I can’t wait :).
Have a great weekend you all!
